Very nice experiance It's recommending Well managed reception and good restaurent with delicious food I think the best hotel in sulthan bathery The best thing they had is the swimming pool of the hotel

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious. Neat and clean. Hotel has non AC and AC restaurants. Complementary breakfast is provided. This hotel has swimming pool. There are two cinema theatres nearby of the same management. While enquiring I did ask about kettle and the answer was they provide kettle for making tea coffee etc. But while coming here we found that the hotel does not have that system at all. Bottled water was not provided. When asked for hot water was provided. At the timing of check out there was a minor hick up as the entry made was wrong and the correction can be done only by some other person. This was done in 10 minutes. To sum up there is ample infrastructure but more professional approach is required to attract more guests.

Sulthan Bathery is not WAYANAD ! Its freaking far ! just a cheap , poor hotel with a swimming pool. Food was just OK. Nothing great in the hotel .. best suited only if you have real budget constraint ! I did a mistake !

Hotel rooms are not good . They are not clean , its smelly with all spider webs and its nasty . The blankets provided were also torn . It is not worth the money paid ( they charged 1800 per room per night ) . Room service is also not good Breakfast is kind of fine , but it starts only after 7.30 am . Swimming pool can be used only with proper attire . If you are planning to visit waynad then better to stay in Kalpetta than in sultan bethary

This hotel in town. Has cheep rooms and a dormitory which can accommodate 20 Pax. You can choose a higher grade room for more comforts. Their sister concern near by give bear and wine. Limited parking inside the compound.Old hotel. They are installing lift now
